Who has the Back to School blues?  Summer is almost over, which means it’s time to stock up on all the essentials to survive school.  This 3-part series will teach you everything you need to stay healthy, focused and well-rested this school year!

It’s important to start getting back in the habit of waking up early BEFORE the first day of school arrives.  Start now with a bedtime routine that helps your kids wind down from an exciting summer day. This Sweet Dreams Pillow spray recipe combined with a drop of Peace and Calming in a carrier oil will have them snoozing before their heads even hit the pillow.

Bedtime Routine with essential oils

If you like making your own DIY lotions and body butter, whip up this simple recipe to slather on the kids before bedtime and after a bath. Giving them a relaxing massage helps them to let go of the stress and get to sleep fast.       Back to School Survival Guide

Once the alarm clock starts going off, help the kids get up and get moving by diffusing some energizing essential oils!  If you just have the Premium Starter Kit oils, try a combination of Peppermint and Lemon.  If you want to try something with a little extra OOOMPH, try a blend like Joy, Motivation or En-R-Gee to get everyone going for the day. Kids and caffeine don’t mix, so try this all-natural approach to help them wake up!
