Those first few weeks getting in the back-to-school routine can be hard, but this Rise ‘n Shine smoothie recipe helps your kids get out the door fast with a healthy breakfast in hand. Mix this up on the days you don’t have time to cook a real breakfast.
Celebrate the first day of school with a special Dreamsicle Fruit dip. This special after-school snack will be a big treat when they get home from their first day. Have their favorite fruits on hand for dipping, and maybe even a few sugar cookies, too!
To help your kids boost their immunity and stay well throughout the school year, it’s important to start a wellness routine from the time they get tossed back into the germ-pool that is school. Make it a habit to drink 2 oz of Ningxia Red daily to build up a healthy immune system. Also, you can apply Thieves to the bottoms of their feet before bed each night to head stuff off at the pass. It is a good idea to do this daily.

Purification is an instant odor eater, so spray this mixture on clothing or inside stinky shoes to knock out the smells. You might also want to keep a bottle in your car if you are hauling more than one stinky kid around town after practice.
