Feeling tired? Stressed? Need an emotional and mental boost? You’re not alone, my friend. Summer break is supposed to be a time to relax and kick back on vacation but for moms like us, it usually just means your kids are bored and fighting with each other 24/7.

Ok, maybe 18/7 since they do sleep sometimes.

Here are a few of my favorite essential oil diffuser recipes to help me out when I’m feeling tired, stressed, nervous, angry or even when the kids are yelling “MOM! I’m sooooo bored!

Angry?
Diffuse 2 drops Stress Away, 1 drop Lemon

Bored?
Diffuse 2 drops Lime, 2 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Cinnamon Bark
