Fall is coming soon! Time to pull out those boots and scarves and cinnamon-y smelling diffuser blends!

Ever since I was a little girl, fall has always been my favorite time of the year. The weather starts to turn crisp and you can just feel change in the air. It’s a time for warm drinks, bonfires, hayrides and football. I get swept away in the beautiful scenery and changing colors. And since I have autumn on my mind, I want to share with you these fabulous essential oil blends to compliment the fall season.

Spiced Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin Pie is a classic for autumn. This blend is perfect for winding down after a long day or getting cozy by a crackling fire.

  • 2 drops cinnamon bark essential oil
  • 2 drops ginger essential oil
  • 1 drop clove essential oil
  • 1 drop orange essential oil
  • 1 drop cardamom essential oil

Spiced Cider

With the change of seasons comes cinnamon and spice. This cider blend is a great choice for bringing deliciousness inside. It’s warm, inviting and just feels like home.

  • 3 drops of cinnamon bark essential oil
  • 3 drops ginger essential oil
  • 4 drops orange essential oil

Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving brings family and friends, a sense of nostalgia, togetherness and gratitude. This blend is a necessity for your Thanksgiving Day gathering. It triggers the senses and brings feelings of joy, peace and love to those around you. Your guests will be pleased with this mild yet comforting scent.

  • 3 drops orange essential oil
  • 2 drops ginger essential oil
  • 3 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 2 drops cinnamon bark essential oil

Autumn Citrus

Citrus brings freshness in the air that we are naturally drawn to. I like to use this blend to give me a boost while cleaning the house or before company comes over. This blend is ideal for freshening up the home and is best used during the day.

  • 1 drop of white fir essential oil
  • 1 drop of orange essential oil
  • 2 drops of lime essential oil
  • 2 drop of bergamot essential oil
  • 2 drops of lemon essential oil

Wellness Boost Blend

Sometimes the changing seasons wreak havoc on our immune system. Our immune system has to fight just a little bit harder during this time of year. This blend is a nice addition to your wellness routine. Bonus: This combo smells delicious! 

  • 5 drops Thieves
  • 3 drops Orange

I hope you embrace the fall season as much as I do and give these fall inspired blends a try, you won’t be disappointed! And if you’re one to experiment on your own with blends, you can never go wrong with cinnamon or ginger for the changing season. I just remind myself that Spice is Nice.
