EATING YOUR OILS!
So, I’m wondering what to eat for dinner….want it to be healthy. And fast. And warm. I look in my cabinet and see my Young Living Einkorn Spaghetti. Yeah. And it has a really easy sauce recipe on the back. And what’s the best part? I get to use my oregano and basil oils in my sauce! Yay! I was wanting to fortify my immune system anyway and here comes such an easy way to do it….eat my oils! It’s so healthy and sooooo yummmy!
If you don’t know about the Einkorn grain yet, you need to read about it. It’s very low gluten content and easy to digest. What a great way to get my oils in my body! I feel so healthy. You should try it.
