Resolutions are made.
You are determined this year will be better than last!
And then January 1st came and went and those resolutions are still just sitting on the paper you wrote them on.
In order for change to happen a decision needs to be made and then we have to act on those decisions. We can’t sit around and talk about them or hope that they will happen on day. We have to do something!
