Here’s a great recipe to try out just in time for Thanksgiving and any of the holiday cooking we might be doing.
NingXia Red Cranberry Sauce
2 oz NingXia Red
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup water
1 12-ounce package Fresh Cranberries
1 pack unflavored gelatin
Combine cranberries, sugar , water, orange juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, place mixture in blender and blend till smooth. Add gelatin, Ningxia Red and blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into serving container. Cover and cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate until serving time.
