With every change of the seasons, especially Spring and Autumn, I always feel more motivated to do a deep cleanse for health reasons, a thorough declutter of my home and office space, as well as spend time refreshing myself mentally and spiritually. I also like to take a little time to reflect on my goals and perhaps realign them a bit to finish out the year.
With the holidays fast approaching, I have several personal AND business goals that I would like to achieve. How about you? Are there things you want to achieve before 2019 comes to a close?!
On that note, I’m including some helpful and inspiring essential oils and diffuser blends you may feel inspired to incorporate into your life this month and the rest of the year!
As always, thank you for being a valued member of the YL family!!

FYI ~ You may see other diffuser recipes calling for more drops of each oil. Understand that YL’s essential oils are 100% pure, therapeutic-grade and it’s always best to start slow. You can always add more oils if desired, however, you never want to overwhelm the room, yourself, your family, or pets! Please read all dilution directions and usage labels before diffusing essential oils around children and pets, especially cats. In addition, always allow an escape from the room you may be diffusing in for pets who are sensitive to the oils. As a lifelong pet parent, my pets always seem to migrate to the room where the diffuser is being used since I use the oils sparingly. Even after all these years, I can sometimes get overwhelmed by the intensity of certain oils so just use your best judgment and pay attention to your pets and young children by following the guidelines! Feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns.
