Blue spruce (Picea pungens) is also called Colorado blue spruce, Colorado spruce, silver spruce, and pino real. It is a slow-growing, long-lived tree of medium size that, because of its symmetry and color, is planted extensively as an ornamental. Because blue spruce is relatively scarce and the wood is brittle and often full of knots, it is not an important timber tree.*

Antioxidant Protection: Diffuse regularly, or dilute as directed and rub on bottom/soles of feet.*
Men’s Health: Massage up to 8 drop of oil to the skin daily. Dilute if necessary.*
Muscle/Joint Support: Diffuse, OR dilute as recommended and apply to affected area or reflex points on feet*
Mood Support: Diffuse for inhalation OR place 1-2 drops in 1 Tbs. fractionated coconut oil and massage into skin, back of neck, or reflex points on feet.*
