huckleberry-3677745_640 Homemade Huckleberry sauce

2 cups huckleberries, frozen (a friend gave me handpicked ones)
1 cup of water (filtered)
your favorite sweetener (I like coconut sugar or stevia)

Let cook until it thickens – it takes about 20-25 minutes, depending on if you are using fresh or frozen fruit.

After that I let it cool down for a while and add 1 drop of cinnamon bark (vitality line) of essential oil.
Other vitality oils that are great with it are, Orange vitality or Lemon vitality.


It is super easy and fast to make and such a fruity treat with your holiday roast or bird.
