3 TBS Ground Cinnamon
2 tsp ground Ginger
2 tsp ground Nutmeg
1,5 tsp Ground Clove
1,5 tsp All Spice Blend (Ingredients: Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Pepper – 1:1:1:1)
OR with Essential Oils
12 drops Cinnamon Bark
8 drops Ginger
8 drops Nutmeg
6 drops Clove
6 drops All Spice Blend (Ingredients: Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Pepper – 1:1:1:1)
