Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we never got sick again? Yes, I would love that and I think we can certainly minimize the time we are sick. We are continually bombarded by chemicals so getting sick is part of life but we can build our immunes system up so our body has a better chance of warding off what most people get. Did you know that a sneeze travels 16 feet and hangs in the air for up to 20 minutes? Now that is gross. When you walk around the isle of a store you never know what you’re going to walk into. Do you come down with everything going around? Are you dragging your butt out of bed every morning and struggling to get through another day? That is not how life was meant to be lived. Why do we accept that? Why are children being put on medications at earlier and earlier ages? Why do we look so old and even worse feel so old when we’re not old?
I have to say I feel better now than I have in a lot of years. Sure I got a bug this winter but it didn’t get me down. I haven’t had to take medication just to function through a normal day. My first suggestion would be to check out what you’re putting in your mouth. Do some research for yourself on chemicals in food. It will make you think twice about what you purchase for your family to eat next time you go to the grocery store. Eating healthy isn’t difficult, it’s just new and like anything new we have to take baby steps so we don’t get overwhelmed but once you begin to feel better it will give you encouragement to take another step. Maybe just maybe it’s the food you’re eating that is making you feel old, that is keeping you from feeling your best, that is making you sick. Our bodies don’t know what to do with chemicals and GMO’s. They are not compatible. Your car was made to run on gasoline, your body was made to run on water and we get in trouble when we mix those two up.
