What to do about those week day blues

Oh were my feet dragging this morning. Maybe I had the weekday blues where not even coffee would work? Maybe I needed a nap after just getting up this morning? Ha, that’s not happening! Seriously, I thought to myself. I’m too busy today and I don’t have time to move so slow.

I decided to give Joy essential oil a shot. I added several drops to my diffuser and breathed in. Ahhh smelled so good but I knew I needed something stronger. I put a few drops in my hand and inhaled for a good minute or so. Then I rubbed on my neck and hands (it makes a lovely perfume) and wham, I was awake. Not only was I awake, I was energized and ready for my day. I felt amazing! Now, I’m halfway through my day and still going strong.
Joy is one of Young Living’s Emotional Wellness EOs.

Essential oils have the ability to directly access and affect the brain’s limbic region, the center of emotion and memory. Many oils can be used to create a positive emotional state, help soothe grief, create an environment of relaxation at the end of a long day, and much more. These pure essential oils are uniquely able to bring emotional balance where less pure oils may not:

The aroma of Joy™ invites a sense of romance, bliss, and warmth when diffused. When worn as a fragrance, it invites togetherness.

How to Use
