You have your starter kit! YAY Congratulations! It’s life changing! Here are some simple things to make with your oils to save money and help you get familiar with how amazing and versatile they are.

Face Serum

  • 2 oz jojoba oil in a glass bottle
  • 5 drops lavender
  • 5 drops copaiba
  • 5 drops frankincense

Apply 2-3 drops on a clean face at night to moisturize skin and give it some anti aging love.


Body Scrub

  • 4 oz Pink Himalayan salt (or sugar)
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • 5 drops lavender
  • 5 drops peppermint

Use in the shower for a cooling exfoliant.


Tummy Travels

  • 1 10 mil roller
  • 10 drops digize
  • 10 drops peppermint
  • Top with a carrier oil (V6, coconut oil)

Apply to the tummy when on long road trips


Cuticle oil

  • 1 10 mil roller
  • 10 drops lavender
  • 10 drop frankincense
  • Top with Avocado oil

Roll onto cuticles throughout the day.


Body Butter

  • 2 oz shea butter
  • 2 oz Coconut oil
  • 10 drops lavender

Melt the butter and oil and let it sit. Once cooled and ‘set’, whip. Add oils. Store in a cool place and slather on whenever you need some moisturizer!


Muscle rub

As recipe above, but 7 panaway and 7 copiaba instead of lavender. Perfect for a post workout!


Immune Honey

Probably my fave recipe ever. Will store for a long time.

  • ¼ cup of honey in a glass jar
  • 10 drops thieves vitality
  • 10 drops lemon vitality
  • 10 drops peppermint vitality

Add a teaspoon to hot tea or warm water and drink.


Immune Roller

  • 1 10 mil roller
  • 10 drops lemon
  • 10 drops thieves
  • 10 drops raven
  • 10 drops frankincense
  • Fill with a carrier oil

Roll on the bottom of your feet before leaving the house


Chest Rub

  • 2 tablespsoons of coconut oil
  • ¼ tabelsppon beeswax
  • 2 drops Raven
  • 1 drop frankincense
  • 1 drop citrus fresh

Melt the coconut oil and beeswax in a double boiler. Add the oils after it’s cooled slightly.

Apply to the chest day or night.

Good night Bath Salts

  • 2 cups of Epsom salts
  • 4 drops Stress away
  • 4 drops Lavender

Pour into a running bath. Soak for 12 mins


Carpet freshener

  • 2 cups Baking soda
  • 10 drops citrus fresh
  • 3 drops Thieves

Add to a glass jar and shake. Will store well.

Sprinkle on carpets, let it sit for 10 mins and vacuum up.


Foaming Hand Soap

  • 1 foaming hand soap container
  • ¼ cup of Dr Bronners liquid soap
  • 4 drops thieves
  • 3 drops lavender

Add all ingredients to the foaming hand soap container and fill with water.


Fabric Softener

  • ½ gallon white vinegar
  • 1 cup of baking soda
  • ½ gallon of water
  • 20 drops citrus fresh

Add ingredients SLOWLY.

Pour into the fabric softener dispenser in your washer.
