I didn’t know that honey is loaded with antioxidants and naturally contains vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and vitamin C. I knew it was good for you, but wasn’t exactly sure why.

I make this recipe and because honey doesn’t go bad, I have it available for me whenever I need support for my respiratory system, immune system or digestive system. You can eat it directly from the spoon, or add it to tea for a taste so good you won’t want to stop eating it. It’s perfect all year round. In a 1/2 cup glass jar add 10 drops each of:
Thieves vitality Essential Oil
Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil
Orange vitality Essential Oil (you can use lemon, but I like it better with orange)
Fill the jar with organic raw honey and stir well. Local honey is better as it has properties to support allergies. I get mine from a local bee keeper.
