Pickle yourself…. in Thieves

Lets talk Thieves. Its a necessity this time of year to keep your immune system from failing you. Everyone we know has something and there is always talk of ‘the crud’ going around. Prevention is the key. If you are burning the candle at both ends, not eating super well, have stress and feel like you are in an episode of the walking dead Thieves might be for you. Its better than the traditional fizzy option we have and less expensive. Thieves

Here are some simple way to use it. Get it in you, around you and on you. Its that simple. A little amount but frequent applications will serve you best.

  1. Apply a drop of thieves to the bottom of each foot. At least morning and night.
  2. Diffuse it. All the time. add 4-6 drops in your diffuser and let it run. You are breathing in all those awesome properties
  3. Add a drop to a tablespoon of coconut oil and rub it on your chest or throat.
  4. Add a drop of Thieves vitality to a mug of warm water for ‘Thieves tea’.
  5. Add a drop to a spoon full of honey and eat it.
  6. Add 2-4 drops to a capsule and take it.
  7.  Add 5 drops to a 2 oz spray bottle of water and spray door knobs and handles.
  8. Add a drop to a shot glass of water and gargle.
