Relax and Calm
I will diffuse lavender, rub it on my feet, put a few drops on my pillow, or take a relaxing lavender bath with epsom salts before bed to get a good night’s sleep.
Amazing skin support. Apply to your skin directly or add a drop or 2 to your face / body lotion.
Support Digestive Health
DiGize is a fabulous essential oil blend that contains Ginger, Anise, Fennel, Peppermint, Tarragon, Lemongrass, Patchouli, and Juniper essential oils, and includes naturally occurring constituents like menthol, citrol, and zingiberen.
Eaten too much? Have a sour stomach or gas? Add a drop under the tongue, add a drop to a glass or water or in a capsule for relief. Don’t travel abroad without this one.
Add 7 drops of Panaway to a jar of Epsom saltsPour in a bath and soak for muscle soreness.
A wonderful post workout massage – just add 2-5 drops to a carrier oil.
