Obviously we know that cooking from home is more economical, even more importantly it can be much healthier for us.  Choosing fresh fruits & vegetables and whole, organic foods over processed, canned & boxed meals is where a higher value of nutrition will be found.  However, don’t you get tired of everything tasting the same sometimes?  I know I do.  There are plenty of new recipes available for us in food magazines and on Pinterest, but often I still want to cook those family favorites. Have you ever thought about adding essential oils to your recipes for a new experience?  I have found a new joy by simply adding Young Living’s pure, essential oils.

Try adding Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, or Black Pepper to your family favorites. Cinnamon Bark, Ginger, Nutmeg, Peppermint, and Clove to your favorite teas or baking recipes.  How about Celery Seed, Carrot Seed or Dill to your side dishes?  There are so many citrus oils for beverages & desserts like Tangerine, Lime, Grapefruit, Lemon, & Orange.  Can you see how the possibilities are seemingly endless as we explore adding essential oils to your recipes?

Cooking and baking can be such a fun, creative way to incorporate essential oils in your every day and a great way to share Young Living with family and friends.  A large part of my journey has been realizing all the possibilities of using essential oils.
