We must be diligent in our lifestyle approach of wellness & self care. We must also remain intentional with using our Young Living Essential Oils and discovering new ways to use them in our lives, as well as sharing this new understanding with others.  There are so many possibilities with essential oils from cooking to DIY.  So keep your oils flowing with you throughout the course of your day and don’t be afraid to get creative.

Keep Your Oil Flowing, Part 2


It is not easy to walk this “prevention” mindset out every day when our culture screams…Big Red Easy Button!  It is especially hard for those of us who deal with pain management, past injuries, or whose body is compromised due to accident or illness early in life.  There is hope, however, to live your best life and to absolutely do what you can to Be Well & Live Well. So let’s continue my journey through my home and where I have my oils following me.

Also on my dresser with my Dewdrop Diffuser:

  • Peppermint, Relieve It, Copaiba, Geranium, Aroma Siez, Sensation & Shutran, Grapefruit; Be certain you have an Essential Oil Reference Guide to discover the specifics of each of these oils and what they offer for support.  I also have Endoflex, for hormone support.
  • Life 5, a high potency probiotic, on my side table with my water bottle

  • Oils for cooking like Lemon and Basil.  I am looking forward to adding more this year like Oregano, Thyme, and Black Pepper.
  • Daily supplements so far include Power Meal, Sulfurzyme, BLM, Super B and Ningxia Red; a powerful antioxidant drink providing full body support.  BLM supports bones, ligaments and muscles with powerful natural ingredients such as type II collagen, MSM, glucosamine sulfate, manganese citrate and infused with essential oils Idaho Balsam Fir, Wintergreen and Clove.  Sulfurzyme offers a significant amount of MSM that I have not found in any other products that I have tried and it offers support my musculoskeletal system.


In my office and kitBambooDiffuserchen, I have the bamboo diffuser  with many different blends & singles beside it.  For  example, Christmas Spirit, Jade Lemon, Clove,  Purification and Lemongrass.  Each day offers new  possibilities, so diffusing will vary depending on what  my day has in front of me.

  • Essential oils are in my water every day; for example, Lemon, Peppermint, or Tangerine; any combination of the citrus oils.
